Not sure my plan of attack here, but I am leaning towards single family homes/ duplexes to buy and hold as rentals and flipping as well.

While you may have to consider changing course midstream, have a plan of attack before you launch into this partnership. 

People drastically overestimate the likely hood of shark attacks or plane crashes, etc bc everyone can think of an example of those.

Basically the attorney would be looking for any angle of attack where the seller did not give proper notice or structure to the deals they were selling for recourse.No legal advice given. 

I did speak with an IT consultant who has been involved in a couple of large company ransomware attacks and I was told realistically it could be at least  December before we would see the funds. 

If they have animals they are to fill out info that every LL should have such as vaccination dates, any attacks, etc.  

Anyhow, she went absolutely nuts and started calling and texting me day after day and has now filed a complaint with the Fair Housing Council and has taken to attacking/harassing me online.
