It was more of a clean up, touch up, and staging..Installed crown in Master and 2nd big BR.Installed new dishwasher, stove top, and vent.Painted screened porchHad AC servicedClean, Re clean, and clean again...Rest was just miscellaneous touch up and painting...They did a complete Rehab in 2008.

I did not send it certified, so no telling if the registered owner ever saw it or not.As Dawn suggests, I think 4 weeks would be enough time to write a second letter, just let them know you are a real person, not some corporation, and are really interested in the property.
