I myself am looking to either begin to air bnb owned properties, or use other peoples properties to for rental arbitrage.

Also be mindful the great BRRRR deals dont just happen out of then air.

Short term rental (air BnB), long term? 

The guy is in the Air Force and is pending a medical discharge.

This industry is rifled with those who take advantage of others and are able to keep a smile on their face while doing it.

I work in financial management for the Air Force but really want to switch to CRE (commercial real estate) as I have developed a strong passion for real estate.

My advice is trust but verify both, they passed your screening so you are probably stuck with them unless they break the lease but this is one I would probably do more frequent air filter changes on.  

But I think some of these scammer just add a bunch of disclaimers and “legal” language to give it the air of authenticity (and probably to confuse people).

Depending what your looking for you can also look in the surrounding cities(South Ogden, Riverdale, Washington Terrace, Roy, North Ogden etc) are great as well.In the Ogden area you have Weber State University, Hill Air Force Base, and a lot of jobs which keeps rental prices high and in demand.I’m happy to share what I know and discuss any questions concerns you may have!
