Hello all investors and like-minded individuals.

This pandemic has sure added a lot of unexpected variables into how we make money and we're having to adapt ferociously to these circumstances. I am reaching out to any local short term rental experts to see how their business is surviving (or not) during this pandemic and get future outlook on the market. Have you switched to long term rental to whether the storm? What other obstacles are you facing ie. changes to platforms standard operating procedures, additional cleaning requirements etc. Has this impacted your business positively? I myself am looking to either begin to air bnb owned properties, or use other peoples properties to for rental arbitrage. Any advice helps and would love to build connections with other individuals!
