Whatever you look at I encourage you not to do what everyone else is doing for example a basic log cabin with rustic furniture and a wooden bear statue, there are hundreds of those and it provides your potential guest no reason to pick you over anyone else's cabin.

If I charge my rack rate, I don't need to demand a percentage of the sales price.Back to your problem, I have no doubt you're providing value--there is no way to get compensated the way you want without getting licensed.

Just use it a little bit and pay it off at the end of the month. some people get crazy with credit cards but dont. it can be dangerous esp if u rack up some crazy amounts like i have.
