The weekly Jersey Lily meeting in Salem is great.

From what I understand, it’s common to place 2 beds in each room and charge weekly/monthly.

August was hit the hardest, which makes sense given that many schools in the Southeast, particularly in Georgia and South Carolina, started classes around August 1—about two weeks earlier than usual.

The person I sold it to made $40k weeks later doing nothing to the property but listing it on the MLS.All because he had more leverage.He knew I was in a tight situation financially and took advantage of me.He turned me into a motivated seller.
