I have so many associates get denied basic tourist visa's and B1 or B2 visa's.

Seems like too long for tourists and to short for tenants.

I wound up a bit confused if I need a lodging license to rent it, need to pay tourist development tax (bed tax) or even state sales and use tax.  

But why then are so many tourists coming down Any feedback would be helpful.

Seems like Jazz Festivals are a central theme for many tourist bureau's in the Caribbean.

If someone is doing Airbnb for VR, would bad area matter as tourists do not know if the VR is in a bad area as long as it is close to the beach and venues.

I agree with everything that has been said.I just wanted to add that AirBnB only works if you are in a high traffic area that attracts a lot of tourists.
