How do I attract investors to Mexico?
I moved to Mexico, north of Cabo San Lucas 9 years ago. I bought property on the beach, on the Pacific Ocean. Because local hotels and bed and breakfast businesses are doing very well I decided to build a 10 suite B and B. I knew that I would have to bring in additional money to continue the construction that is about 40% complete. In the past I have always worked with banks in Southern California. That is not possible here so I have been trying to bring in an investor, hands on or off partner. I have been pursuing this for some time without success. I am starting to think that the bad press about Mexico has hurt my efforts. But why then are so many tourists coming down Any feedback would be helpful.
