I'm located in South New Jersey (EHT) and currently working full-time in IT help desk (I work from home, so I should have the time).

I have a family member whose deceased Mother's house is scheduled for trustee sale.I'm very knowledgeable about foreclosures in New Jersey but damn near clueless about them in CA.He wants to postpone the sale while he works on obtaining a loan in his name for the property.

Those could be other criteria to look at.You also mentioned house hacking as well - there is an agent/investor on here @Shawn Mcenteer that is pretty knowledgeable about that in the North Jersey area.Good luck!
