Out of State Investment Properties.

Hello,

Has anyone here started in their local markets and then decided to go out of state for finding investment properties? If so, let's chat! I live in Chicago but have had multiple properties out of state as the numbers made more sense. I have had my ups and downs but this helped me learn about the do's and don'ts and ultimately allowed me to provide helpful insight to my clients (I am a licensed Realtor in Illinois). 

I'm looking to connect with other fellow out of state investors and see what they have come across and what they are doing to get over the hump and continue on their investment journeys.
