Maybe spy on the decor at out Encore or Windsor Westside to separate yourself from other rentals.Thank you so much, Frank. it is a very nice suggestion.Windsor Hills mentioned a lot in this forum, so I checked before, the price is not cheap at all, also I am not sure if everybody will use the public amenity in the community, take me as an example, after one-day exhaust theme park tour, I would like to just go straight to bed or might enjoy a little bit spa and big screen TV will be perfect.

Make sure you have a badass bathroom exhaust because that room will get hot and humidI typically do away with gas in favor of electric - gas seems to be getting phased out some places so I'd like to stay ahead of that curve.

Here the basics that the inspector will look at:- Windows and Doors are installed and working- No major damage to floors and walls- All plumbing works, hot and cold water, no leaks, etc - Exhaust fan or window in all bathrooms- Electrical works with cover plates on all outlets/switches- A light installed in every major room, etc- Working heating system- Smoke detector on every floor- Stairs and walkways up to code
