I'm a prospective investor and I've been studying real estate for probably 3 months now.

I studied Industrial and Systems Engineering and I will be graduating in May.

If you are going to sell real estate, then yes.You can get plenty of knowledge about the real estate market by driving around, going to some local networking groups, studying prices, going to open houses, touring properties, talking to investors, etc...

Hello and thank you for your contributions to BP.I’ve been immersed in the BP podcast while going to college studying civil engineering, and I can either do an engineering internship this summer, or shadow an investor.My long term goal is renting and holding mobile home parks and mini storage units, but I’d like to flip some smaller properties to get started.

I have studied deeds talked to paralegals and even had an attorney bless a Quit Claim deed I use.

I figure I can study and get my license in the next month or two, just in time for the purchase.

After almost a year of studying, trying to get my feet wet on the first deal.

Go on AirBnB and VRBO and study your market.

I am currently a college student that has completed 2 years of general studies, and will be entering a major next semester my current plan is to double major in business management and Real Esate.
