Is it OK for you to take the course work prior to turning 18 and then, on your birthday, take the exam to get your RE License?

Coverage for less than full replacement value, this will bring down your premium but in case of a complete loss you won't have enough money to rebuild, you'll just have to plant some nice flowers.  

If they say they are going to - that is the give-a-way clue that they are not going to.Now I have had tenants who landscaped beautifully, planted trees, shrubs, and flower.

If the rental application does not include spaces for the birthdays of all inhabitants than I would use a different form.
