How to gather birth dates of additional occupants

Hi @Brandon Turner. Quick question for you. I am preparing my application forms for my first rental and noticed that on the Rental Application form you provide with the BiggerPockets' book at the top you ask "Who else will be living with you?" but you don't ask for the other occupants birth dates as suggested in your book 'The Book on Managing Rental Properties' (pg. 50). What is the best way to go about getting the dates of birth for the other occupants if it isn't in the rental application form?
