The building is located 3 miles from Midway airport on the Southwest side of Chicago.

I think you are eliminating those who want to stay near the airport to catch a flight by having a minimum 14 day stay.

Good rental demand especially if you are closer to Cranberry/Robinson/Airport areas. 

In addition, a couple of days ago it has been publicized that a 320-acre development is set to take off by the airport.

@Daniella Lamis I'm partial to Orlando for many obvious reasons (year round great climate, huge area growth, #1 vacation destination worldwide, theme parks, close to beaches, awesome airport/transporation, close to several cruise ports etc...) there are variable that you will need to understand to make the most of your cash flow, but we've got it all.

We looked at it for our almost complete BRRRR to Airbnb, which is 5 min from a major hospital and airport, but the stats seem to have dropped a lot since the covid surge has ended.
