New buy & hold investor in Atlanta & East Point, Georgia

Hello Bigger Pockets!

My name is Rebecca and I am a new investor launching a buy & hold business in Atlanta. I live in San Francisco, but I’m temporarily relocating to Atlanta. I run an office coffee business in California and I also consult with startups and enterprises as a product designer.

We are looking at a few different neighborhoods, including Jefferson Park and Frog Hollow in East Point, and Ashview Heights in Atlanta. I’m interested to hear how others have fared in these areas.

I’ve been reading the forums and I’m really excited to meet people on BP. I want to create a network of ambitious people in Atlanta to learn from and grow together. Please reach out if you’re in the area, happy to grab a coffee so we can get to know each other.
