The Indy 500 attracts lots of visitors.  

The Emerald Coast is a region of Florida known for its beautiful beaches, warm climate, and outdoor recreational opportunities, and it can potentially be a good location for building or flipping homes for a few reasons:High demand: The Emerald Coast is a popular tourist destination, attracting millions of visitors each year.

Any market that gets a high volume of visitors can be a good STR market.

If visitors are price consicous enough that they're willing to stay off the Strip, there are plenty of cheap off-Strip hotel rooms available.

That is more visitors than Chicago, New York City, and Las Vegas.  

I am sure lowering prices during the slow season can get you more visitors, but if the location just doesn't get visitors at that time of the year there is not much you can do but move.

That would give profile visitors the ability to see what interests that user the most. 

You can do that, and get zero visitors from SEO.

. : )Also, in Hawaii at least, the Hawaii Tourism Authority keeps track of all sorts of visitor statistics like how many visitors came to the islands, which islands they stayed on, whether they stayed in hotels, condos, or with friends, whether their stay was for business, pleasure, blah blah blah.
