Hello Everyone!

Merry Christmas and a Happy Holidays.  My name is Nathan and I have been really enjoying the podcasts and hope to get involved in the BP community. Regarding real estate investing I bought my current house several years ago as a primary residence and have since then been renting out a couple of the rooms to friends.  Now, I would like to get into investing with a multi-family residence somewhere around Denver, such as a four-plex.  I am in the very beginning stages of looking for a deal.  My thought is that a four-plex would be small enough to learn the ropes and diverse enough to not lose a lot when 1 of the units is empty.  Any thoughts of jumping into that as a newbie?

Thanks everyone!!
