Although starting with neutral colors as the foundation for your decor/furniture is great, a STR can stand out better on the OTA by incorporating tasteful pops of color.

Reason #3 rarely happens but can be a truly awful and unforgettable experience leaving your property stigmatized.Having a pool costs money.

People come for golf, wine tasting, water sports, skiing etc.

This was our first BP Con, and we had and unforgettable time.

If I were a guest and left an honest review and the host asked me to remove it because they corrected it afterward (their word) it would leave a bad taste in my mouth.  

I've tried them all and they left me with a bad taste in my mouth.I hope other will learn from my mistakes and run away from that place.

FOREX - Slower moving market but still to fast for my taste and has too much leverage that acts as a double edge sword.Stocks - I follow Bogleheads method of investing for long term with the correct portfolio mix of index funds and bond funds held in the appropriate tax advantaged account.
