Long time ago a PEO was a employee program that offered educational benefits for employees.A Consolidated Business Organization was a group of small business owners who consolidated companies to spin off admin, insurance, accounting and other business functions.

I get what you are thinking but I see a lot of folks on here spin these "here's how my perfect  model is going to work" scenarios when they have zero knowledge of how property management even works.

They worked for others and took those lessons and connections to spin off on their own.  

And to think they let us play on those spinning metal merry go rounds..

I've read this post and I think the most important thing to do first is make sure you don't have a water leak.Check the meter, It has a dial on it and if the dial is spinning it means the water is being used somewhere in the building.

But it prevents the tenants from spinning the reason the rent is one week late into a 2-3 month loss of rent.

Even here on BP a while back, an out of town guy was spinning a yarn and offering to sell some guaranteed return partnerships or something along those lines, which #1 made me wonder if he'd already crossed the line into selling what IRS considers securities (which he sure did not!)

Think just talk and spin can accomplish that?
