HiCurrently live in a 1958 home with an oil furnace from 1997 and original terra cotta tile lined flue, which I am told would be a good idea to have relined with a stainless steel liner because the tiles are no longer aligned.

While going through the HOA document I saw that the HOA secretary and president are from the company that purchased the complex from the original developer.

This is one of the best post I've seen on here.I've tried marketing my LTR before the previous tenants moved out, but the problem I ran into is that since I couldn't show the unit all of the people that originally reached out lost interest and moved onto to other properties.
