Home with oil heat - how hard to sell

Hi

Currently live in a 1958 home with an oil furnace from 1997 and original terra cotta tile lined flue, which I am told would be a good idea to have relined with a stainless steel liner because the tiles are no longer aligned.

Moving in 4 years and not sure if I should just reline the flue and hope the furnace lasts until we sell; bite the bullet and replace the furnace with a heat pump; or reline the flue and replace with another oil furnace. None of this would take place until next year. It is unfortunate because we replaced the central air in 2018.

Any insight would be appreciated.
