They do move in fees because the penalties for minor infractions are MASSIVE!

The stats get distorted because one stat comparing a population of 200,000 versus 2 million has a massive impact on the smaller population statistics.

I think making the choice of strategy will be a massive move forward.  

@Ryan Crofford If I could give you any advice it would be to forget about wholesaling...its pointless to ponder away the power of equity and building a massive portfolio simply because you don't understand how to structure a deal and control or own property.

And I'm not so naive to think I have it better than owners, as they are building massive wealth with a long-term strategy, and I've simply found a short-term unproven way to make money (going strong for 5 years now).

If you're trying to get a house on the market and they won't pull a dumpster for 15 days, it's massively inconvenient. 

I know many "big boys" who tried developing properties using this idea on a massive scale.

I called her, she brought an army of people and they cleaned the heck out of a massively nasty 650 sq ft place all day for $100.

This has all but ended CFD in Texas, as failure to comply has led to massive punitive damage awards in court.  

I would assume a good REA can do the work in a massively cheaper and more focussed manner as well. am I off base here?
