One the positive side, Turkey is a tourism powerhouse and the Turkish Lira has lost most of its value against most major currencies.

I see the opposite as a distinct possibility moving forward.

A "companion animal" is an animal that people can get because their doctor says it will help them.I have some opinions I tried to keep out of this but each of the three require their own distinct method of working with and documenting in your leases and in your dealings with tenants.  

In general, you want to avoid co-mingling funds and you want to make sure you're following all corporate formalities.Please be aware that there's a distinction between the business's liability and your own personal liability.

Honestly I've never heard of that distinction.

Ibrahim S - Until now I did not recognize the distinction between a legal use vs. a use by zoning.

The carpet color they chose for the upstairs and basement is not very appealing, as it has a distinct blue tint.  

Few people understand how to legally structure such a deal so I do not advocate them unless I know the person understands the subtle legal distinctions.

In most municipalities these are two distinct departments.

If they truly intended to integrate and participate in our economy they would be working towards residency or citizenship and would at least have a work visa.It seems the debate keeps going back and forth between cheap labor and illegal immigrants and there is a very distinct difference to keep in mind.
