Inventory is slowly started to creep back up giving the motivated buyers some breathing room.Inventory is now sitting at over 5,200 homes on market which is the most on market since the middle of last December.

But, I am not holding my breath...I spend time reaching out to brokers and wholesalers and follow up on everything.

I'd wake up in the middle of the night, catch my breath and think, 'Oh my Gosh, what did I get myself into?!'

I'm not allergic, but consider the health ramifications of the gym client with pet allergies who is running on the treadmill (already short of breath) and sustains an allergic reaction from the pet.  

We'll utilize dynamic pricing and hope it stays booked, but frankly I'm not holding my breath.

At least with a repo, the house has time to breathe, so to speak.

Always thinking ahead and never going all in without having some breathing room.

The thought is that I could buy the house at her current mortgage rate and then rent the house back to her at a discount for a couple years so that she has a little more financial breathing room.
