Mixed Use Property Financing

I am looking to buy a property that has an established business with an 18 year lease in the front and a STR in the back. Does anybody know any loans for this type of property since we will not be living on the property nor do we own the business.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Your list of prospective lenders significantly declines when you say short term rental and mixed use in the same breath.  Have you tried your local credit unions and local local local banks yet?  Those would be your first choice.
