Semi RE Experienced New Member from Indianapolis Metro Area!

Hello all! I've heard of BP before, but looking to take advantage of the networking. I just turned 25 years old and a few years fresh out of college, and I think it's time to open up, talk, and listen to those who know a lot more than I do!

My experience thus far for those interested!

I purchased my first home during Winter Break of my senior year of high school, did a few fix and flips a year to pay for diploma from Indiana University - Bloomington (up to 18 flips now, doing the research work and rehab work myself). I was a student representative for the landlord/tenant relations & housing board in Bloomington, IN, have been a property manager for Indianapolis (city, not suburbs) and continue to buy and sell and obtain rentals through seller financing.

I recently purchased my own small office building in my home town and put my personal office at the top floor (of course). I've worked really damn hard and I deserve it! I'm proud of what I've done and where I've come from and want to help those who have the gut to experience a positive REI journey with some of my experiences so far and vice versa!

Networking is something I enjoy doing, and helping those out with out of the box thinking and creativity as I am an entrepreneur at heart.
