I mean, they left the cabinets and refer full of perfectly good food; closets full of clothes and shoes; alarm clocks; only things they seemed to take with them were laptops and one or two suitcases of clothing.

Do you have a sump pump or clothes washer in the basement?

There are some trash bags of stuff such as books, an old couch, an old mattress, some clothes and some old family portraits. 

You need hand towels, wash cloth and large size towels, 2 for each guest or more. 

Any advice on what to leave vs. put away (i.e. family photos, clothes in closets, kids toys, etc)- We have a large house and could sleep 15-20 people.  

You need to forget about Jordan, iPhones , clothes , nice cars ect and saved everything no eating out no food no fun take a L for a whole year or even more I have 21 units with two more in contract I took a lot of L and sacrifices.

Bath, hand and wash cloths are all on sale.

I have seen some very good ones including an event with free food, fitness classes (YOGA as had a bigger attendance than I would have expected), cooking workshops, and arts and crafts. 

I admit a lot of the things made sense but to tell someone that it is illegal for my tenants to put dirty clothes on a basement floor..........
