The intention is an event space, for weddings, corporate events, etc.

I would not live here, I would use it as a wedding venue.

Saw you post from last year - I know of a very upscale Bed & Breakfast that is expanding, due its' demand for accommodation, expanding restaurant hours and it being a number one draw for wedding venues and mansion buyouts. 

I think it will turn out to be a pretty good investment since there is soooo much to do in the area, plus wedding venues and the resort hotels are very expensive....although it's a bit risky in that you never know what type of neighbors you'll have.

My goals for the year are to invest in a multifamily ( will house hack if it's near my job site) and finally move out my parents house and start my own life (buy ring, wedding, move into own residence) I'm hoping to save 1.5k to 2k per month and am starting at 0 right now due to me paying a debt ( will make last payment next month).

-Then we will be spending Weds-Fri in Indianapolis (with a possible visit to Purdue in Lafayette on one of these days).

I'm hoping to figure out what my top end number is, and help guide my final offer which is due next wed. 

Leaving thurs for Vegas, a sons' wedding and then on a short cruise.

I was turned on to this website last month at a wedding by my friend's buddy. 

There are just so many options and such little time as we are in market to purchase in the month of January, as we will need to complete renovations by our April wedding day.
