Radiant heat is nice to the touch, but it isn't a great source of primary heating due to the time lag in heating an entire room or house and holding temp changes, it's slow putting heat through flooring to heat space but fine to heat the floor.

I told him I prefer a rigid connection and I don't use sharkbites unless it's a temp fix or too close quarter to solder.

The market usually slows down when temps drop, so opportunities pick up.West Asheville is really popular so a lot of Realtors tag their property as W AVL.

Really miss the area during the winter months when the KS temps dip in the single digits with the N Wind howling outside.

thanks Hi Ezekiel,[1] Maybe try not looking for someone with "Capital" but look for someone with "Cash to Invest along with you"[2] The "Gain Experience" Not Much Money of my Own" pairing might be a red flag to a lot of more experienced investors. So try to have some Cash Money of your own, (skin in the game money), work a 2nd job, get a part time temp job, drive Uber Eats, drive Uber, etc... until you get $35,000 or so investment cash. That might make people have more confidence in you when you find them.

At least that's what I would go with depending on what you are trying to do once you acquire it (live in, rent out, re-sell, temp rentals etc.)Just to give you an idea, a 200k loan with 4.5 owner occupied interest rate plus taxes/insurance an easy $1300/month plus since its a condo you pay an HOA fee which in LBC it can range anywhere from $150 - $450.
