They can't bring visitor animals in, baby-sit animals, add animals, exchange animals, or breed animals without my permission. 

When visitors come to your website, it takes too long to load.

Not really a screaming hot deal but a good addition to portfolio.

I went back a couple weeks later to "check on the fixed sink", at that point i dont think she thought i was anything other than the maintenance guy, but i tried to speak with her about the situation and come to an agreement but she literally told me she "did not wanna talk about it" and when said "well your 4 months behind on rent I think we need to figure something out here", she started screaming at me and told me to "get the F*** out of her apartment" and then ended up calling the cops on me because i was standing there trying to de-escalate the situation but not leaving her apartment. i ended up leaving before they got there and didn't end up talking to them.

Turned into a screaming witch but we sent fix or quit notice and made the puppy go.

$2300 per unit x 3, with tenant paid utilities for only $315k seems like a screaming deal.Hope this helps!

To me, the location seems attractive as I think it'll benefit from the general development of West Atlanta and it's relatively close to downtown and midtown for visitors.

@Russell VanBlonI be cautious to walk into a vacant commercial building without a tenant in toe unless you KNOW your getting a screaming deal.
