Hi All - I have been looking long and hard for where to buy a second home that we might spend about 2 months a year at on average when we escape the Cleveland winter - So many places my head starts to spin so hopefully you can help narrow down my list.

@Charles Lemelle As @Ned Carey indicated, the website you are referring to is NOT a "spin off" of BP, anymore than the websites of any of the other thousands of members of BP would be.

If all faucets are off (including toilets) and the indicator is still spinning, you have a leak.Galvanized is a pain to fix.

Bryan just implied there are secrets, he offers coaching.Understand that some slight spin or technique applied is not really a secret worth paying for as we can get into aspects of presentations, salesmanship, responses to objections and other unique areas that are unique to ones personality, area and market.
