Point is, you have to look at the sub-segments of the cities and the suburbs.

Then like Kim says, with online marketing that's the segment that keeps growing every year. more and more people continue to look to the web for answers and solutions and those people positioning themselves in front of those web searchers w/ a high performing website (most sites aren't setup to perform at a high level at all, ask Kim what switch made it work for her) and a solid LONG-TERM traffic plan. 

A live stream is available and a motion detector is setup to send 8 sec segments to the cloud which can then be viewed.The battery life is not bad but it depends on the usage.

Problem is I've also recently been reading about nightmares and headaches in the high cash flow segment of class c properties.

Having a pool will likely appeal to a certain segment of buyer, and they may very well be willing to pay a premium for the property.

Since this is the DIG trade show event, I don't think you'll encounter any high pressure sellers of courses ...There will be a few training segments if this is like previous DIG trade shows.

Along with the comments in this forum, I do believe that if you are dealing with FSBO and are marketing to this segment, having the ability to get comps would be beneficial.I would def check the property tax value, and also do a quick search of any existing properties for sale - I will then see if there is a big discrepancy between the asking price and the property tax value.

The event will include a Q&A segment at the beginning followed by networking.

@Steve Smith , I think the segment to which you are referring is when I was discussing the private lender having to qualify an OO for the residential loan.
