One drop under the counter by the kitchen and bathroom sinks, under the stove & refrigerator at least every 3 months and you should have no problems.

On the low end of things, I found a Frigidaire Stainless steel kitchen package for $1999 that included an electric (or gas) range, a side by side refrigerator, an over the range microwave and a built in dishwasher.

Everything online seems to recommend not replacing with R-22 units because parts availability and the availability of the refrigerant will only get worse. 

Don't do this with any circuit with a large appliance like a refrigerator unless you want to reset the GFI every time it runs.

Depending on the age of the one you purchased air conditioner condensers refrigerators and tuckpointing seem to be the biggest expenses

No sure if any does it in your market.. but if you have a specific market or NH that you want to hit.. knocking on 10 doors a day leaving your refrigerator magnet..

The yard can look good, and you can instill a strong work ethic in your children.Washers, dryers, refrigerators are also good add-ons as others have mentioned.Sam
