These online payment providers use ACH (Automated Clearing House) systems via direct debit.

If those are the worse thing my day holds - I'm thinking that I can pretty much muscle my way through it OK.

My new contractor calls me, explains why his solution would either save me money, or reduce my head aches in some other way. 100% better way of doing this work.

It seems like they are just trying to flex their muscles to show the world that they are back . . . ok, we get it.

So an out of state person would not meet our criteria due to that. ie, We don't accept any type of electronic transactions, ACH or take bank checks or money orders.

But since that first month everything has been going great, rent payments are being ACH deposited every month on time, tenant has had no complaints, and the house seems to be holding together.As many have said on the podcasts, perseverance and following through until you met your goal, has been the best advice so far.I look forward to meeting some local entrepreneurs in my area.

Other employers, which I've found to be a bit more rare, will set up an ACH from your checking account for loan repayment for a fee once you're terminated/leave employment.
