I want to supply people with jobs by hiring out some of the work, having a crew that runs houses with me, have property managers to help with the rentals, starting an electrical business as well to do all my own electrical, help out the homeless with jobs where I can.

But a great thing happened in 2002 - I lost my job and eventually was homeless for a while.I say that was a great thing because I really believe in turning terrible situations into awesome opportunities.

The girl is already like $1000 invested in what she owes for the inspections & having my septic tank pumped out plus she went by the closing date & gave her notice to her apartment people & things changed then she was homeless.

If you know all these things, and the math works, and you're not risking all of your money such that you'll be homeless if you fail, and you've got a plan for getting out if it doesn't work out, then you are only left with the decision on whether or not you want to be a real estate investor.

@Edit B.If the home was just going to be a straight rental, I would recommend doing hardwoods throughout the home. Less
