Newbie from the Dallas Area

Good Morning Everyone!

My name is Cameron Alaniz and I am 20 years old in the Dallas area. I am interested in getting started in Real Estate (buy and hold) with multi-family units with a mixture of flipping properties to fund the initial purchase of the multi-family units. My goal is to have at least 10 by the time I am 40. The reason being, I want to have a self-funded homeless non-profit in the future. My wife also wants to be able to start her own Family/Children's camp, where broken family's can come in and restore their faith in God and help them heal. We are far away from that, as we are young and just recently had a beautiful daughter. My wife is currently in the process of getting her masters and I am in the process of getting my Bachelors in business and I am aspiring to get an MBA in Finance. So while we have a little prep work to do, I believe, it is never too early to submerse yourself in the knowledge.

I am excited to learn more from the successful professionals here. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise with me and everyone else on this website.
