I am new to BP and actually this is my first post. My interest in REI is long term SFR preferably BRRRR strategy. I don't live in large population area, but wouldn't call it the "sticks" either. Lately I've been trying to get into the mind of the renter. I know that their are all types of people in this world, but what have you all found to be the biggest reasons that people decide to, or "have" to rent a home rather than purchase, when some of these monthly rents are equal to or more than the mortgage would be?
