But again, the experienced national QIs will be able to work with you just fine.What the best ones have figured out over the years (I can't believe the revised statute is now over 20 years old) is that taking the mystery out of the 1031 is the best customer service you can offer.

I know when I do deals I custom create terms for my folks and not all terms are exactly the same. .. remember this is total beginner borrowers who don't know what they don't know that is who would respond to a no money down 100% loan.. with the highest rates in the industry right now.. ( which I totally get and would expect for the risk they ultimately take when and if they close a loan for a beginner with Zero money down..

Professional photos, 3D scan, SEO presence and experienced agents that are paid based on your customer service experience is what I'd look for..paying someone for any level of service just doesn't seem like a good investment to me.I would also question the ethics of any brokerage/agent that bad mouth's or publicly makes false statements about another brokerage in direct violation of National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics (low paid, inexperienced agents)  I guess some folks feel a need to tear someone down to build themselves up!
