$700 is high for that duplex, it seems they are aligning their valuation with Inglewood rather than LA.

If you want to analyze a couple of REI deals and share it with us, I'm sure people on this forum would be glad to reviews the numbers and see whether it aligns with your investment strategy. 

There are differences between inspectors but generally, we are aligned on the need to maintain safe, clean, and warm properties and conditions for tenants. 

Choose a degree that you think will keep you in school (knowing that you are not a fan of studying) and that will be aligned with your real estate goals.

There seem to be a ton of investors willing to snatch up deals that I'm willing to pass on so it's been a bit challenging.My opinion on difference between markets is aligned with what @Matt R. is saying in the long term.

Unless they knocked the sensors out of alignment not much else they could do to it that would be their fault.

While my life has gotten much easier since hiring a PM, I keep thinking about eventually bringing it back in house and hiring a property manager to work directly for me so that our financial incentives are better aligned and costs can be reduced.
