Cast iron rads:- even heating- doesn't suck moisture out of the air- most people recommend keeping them if you have them as they are superior to baseboard or forced air heat. - doesn't require new ductwork.

Strip the bracing and forms off a newly poured basement, haul the heavy, moisture laden, filthy 9 ft sheets of plywood out of the excavated area up a slippery ramp and drop on the trailer.

I glue vinyl onto bottom of bases, cut in closely around any pipe penetrations and caulk around entire perimeter.

Ryan,If you can fix your moisture problem with the above mentioned sealants, I think your best bet is to patch the spall in the bottom face of the slab with concrete and then provide some sort of strapping system (steel/carbon fiber) in the short direction of the porch on either side of it.
