Dishwashers can sterilize items because the water temp and drying heat is so much higher than the water temperature used to hand-wash.

If I turn to off and back on the fan will kick on and I checked in the attic the ceramic ignitor works and the blue flames kick in and throws out heat.For some reason 10 minutes or so later it will turn off again before fully heating up to set temperature.I am thinking it's a control board issue or some kind of temp sensor in the heat unit in the attic that is not working correctly.Thoughts??

No more repainting.Doing that behind the stove is probably a code violation since that is a combustible panel that will be very close to the heat source (flames) of the stove. i always wanted to put the plexiglass that's high temp or even an alum or steel plate behind the oven. it's just that they are too damn expensive..
