Hi Michael,If you contract for a Palm Trimmer ask for some close references from the past 4 weeks and go visit them to see his work.There are butchers who will leave cards or knock on doors and destroy the look of the tree and you don't have an way to verify what their previous work looks like.Just my 2 cents.Good Luck!

In bigger kitchens I stick to a nice custom laminate (not the off-the-shelf incredibly thin junk), as I can’t justify the extra cost of stone.Regarding the other options, butcher block is often just as expensive as a cheap granite, and most tenants will not appreciate it or care for it.

There's no secret sauce that hasn't been disseminated on here already in bits and pieces over the years and very little has changed except some of the sharper marketing methods like @Sterling White uses such as (apologies if I butcher this, I heard it on your podcast episode and it blew me away) sending a rubik's cube and saying "let's solve this together" or something to that effect.
