The Lehigh valley area has had enormous growth --the largest area in the US for warehousing and transportation--largest growth in Jobs from all the warehouse which makes this a great are for rentals.  

Good management and fresh clean apartments bring top of the market rent to a re-emerging work force ready to serve the warehouse industry in a once great industrial railroad city. 

I was underwriting a warehouse to reposition into multifamily a year ago but it didn't pencil out. 

What I see now is HML just selling off their loans or having a substantial warehouse line with a bank etc.

At each property, whether a vacant lot or an industrial warehouse, he told the borrower that he should convert the property to medical offices, and that my fund would be willing to finance the conversion.  

This year especially in the Dallas market we've noticed the property values have doubled on industrial warehouses.

hmm...well, as someone who has 20+ million in warehouse lines of credit I do know that it would still be fraud not to include those loans on the application/quarterly financial statements that are required for business credit.
