We are using 99designs to create a logo for our small town Texas flipping business.  

I received an email early in the morning about a property @ $55k, then in the evening received an email from someone licensed for the same property with a re-written sales sheet with their logo on it for $10k more.

I switch my mailers up with branded (fancy flyer with logos) and unbranded (handwritten yellowletter) with different text since people respond to these differently.

I do get a disabled Flash logo so that may be what it is.

I would suggest keeping a picture of you, your business logo and contact info, but then replace the rest of the card spaces with how your solutions help solve their problem.

This year we gave out tape measures with our logo on them to most of our property owners, vendors, and our top tenants.

Maybe less, maybe more.DON'T rely on mailings alone.DO put out bandit signs with your company name and logo. 

You'll need to spend several thousand on logo design, business card printing, signs (For Sale, Open House, directionals, riders, etc). 

I would also consult them prior to spending any money on signs, business cards, logos, print materials on the like to ensure you are complaint with state rules and their brokerage rules.
