The Bigger Pockets Platform is truly amazing! 

The platform is geared towrads property management companies or landlords that want to self-manage their properties while having a team that can support them.

The building would have periods of tenant turn-over.When we wanted to take our apartments off the AirBnb platform, I marketed the units as furnished rentals and got no where.

Abuse of the Airbnb platform is the newest trend.

I have been trying to just look at listings for rent and compare deals I find to those and analyze them using what those landlords are charging, but I was wondering if maybe there is a site or platform I can use to educate myself so I can make realistic estimates on deals I analyze.

Being an active user on the BiggerPockets platform is something any serious real estate investor should utilize in their tools.

I am new to this community and real estate investing in general and I am really excited to be part of the community :)Hi Dhaval, in my opinion it's impossible to say that one crowdfunding platform is "the best" for everyone because the answer is going to be very different for each person, depending on their individual risk tolerance, financial situation, goals etc.

This platform is great but there are a LOT of innocuous questions that are asked that don't provide enough bite for those that can help you actually want to answer.

So when a platform is small and unknown, there are no people trying to sell things.
