I have been waiting for someone on the BP forums to explain to me how a Wyoming LLC will stop a plaintiffs attorney from filing a claim against the deed holder when their client falls in front of your property because of a down tree or ice patch amongst the many other common claims a real estate owners encounter....and to this day crickets.

True foreclosures are all cash purchases so if you don't even want to pay $25 for a list or for access to a good site, you are probably starting a long climb up the wrong tree.

I did all the repairs per spec and under budget and was even able to add four palm trees to the front, a pool heater and fence in the backyard which should have made the value go up!
