If you were wanting to get into vacation property, which I know nothing about, I'd suspect you would want something that offers a spectacular view and close proximity to city activity (Fox theater, Washington St, Soulard, Arch, Busch Stadium/Ballpark Village, Savvis Center, etc.).

Nothing sounded that spectacular until I looked up the address.

So, I looked into areas further out in the Central Valley, but the returns weren't too spectacular...

While I already own property back home the goal dear to my heart is to acquire that breathtakingly spectacular water view home that will couple as my personal oasis and vacation rental.

If I read any spectacular books or articles I will be sure to pass them on.

Maybe some spectacular failures on the coasts will help people to see it for what it really is: a sham and a scam.
