Hi, my name is Jocelyn Moore. I am new to Biggerpockets and new to the real estate world. I am interested in investing in duplexes, triplexes, and 4-plexes in the San Francisco Bay, Denver, Fort Collins Colorado, and/or Burlington Vermont areas. Currently, I am working on educating myself on the basics of real estate investing. I've found many of the articles on Biggerpockets helpful and I look forward to learning more in order to construct a smart business plan in the near future. Thanks in advance for the information and conversation. I am undecided on where I am moving to in the next year and which part of the country I want to invest in. If you live in the locations mentioned above, I have open ears for suggestions, comments, and criticisms.
