And I notice that my taxes in one particular county are pretty high.the reality is that its not just the taxes it is the solid waste bill.which is really a garbage or sanitation tax.it breaks down to approximately 100.00 a month for the house since it is a duplex.

I had one yesterday in Maryland where agents were allowed to go.....I had one last week in MD where the closing took place outdoors.And every closing has been a split closing, with buyers and sellers signing at different days/times. our title companies have converted their conference rooms they have big glass walls up like you see at super markets. big box of pens so you use a brand new on every signing.. of course your hand sanitizer  Mask and some wear gloves as well.Oregon has had on of the lowest covid infection rates.
